The Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA) congratulates Adilur Rahman Khan, member of the Executive Committee and Secretary of FORUM-ASIA member organisation Odhikar, for this new award, his fourth this year.

Adilur was also recipient of Gwangju Human Rights Award, Robert F. Kennedy Award and a finalist in the recent Martin Ennals Award.
