The Solidarity for Asian People’s Advocacy Task Force on ASEAN and Human Rights (SAPA TFAHR) and the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA)welcome you to the “Launch of the Performance Report of the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) 2010-2011”.
The report, titled “A Commission Shrouded in Secrecy”, provides an analysis of the performance of the AICHR from institutional building processes, implementation of its mandates and functions to engagement with all stakeholders, from a civil society perspective.
