FORUM-ASIA Opens Office in Kathmandu, Nepal

IMG-20150923-WA0002Over the past 24 years, the Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA) has worked to promote and protect all human rights, including the right to development, through collaboration and cooperation among human rights organisations and defenders in Asia.

FORUM-ASIA is delighted to announce that to enhance its presence in the South Asia region we have opened a field office in Kathmandu, Nepal as of 1 August, 2015. The office is housed by the Informal Sector Service Center (INSEC), one of the founding organisations of FORUM-ASIA.

The South Asia Office will provide a permanent presence to strengthen and consolidate human rights movements through effective collaboration with its member and partner organisations in South Asia.
