The Asian Forum for Human Rights and Development (FORUM-ASIA), Franciscans International, Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect, Human Rights Watch, and International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) are organising a side event linked to the extrajudicial killings in The Philippines. • Ellecer Carlos, Philippine Alliance for Human Rights Advocates (PAHRA) and In Defense of Human Rights and Dignity Movement (iDEFEND)
