OHCHR calls for information contribution to a database (Submission closes on 21 June)

Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is calling for contribution to a database containing information on practical means to address racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.

The collected materials for the database will serve as a reference for Member States, National Human Rights Institutions, UN bodies, non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in furthering their activities to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance.

Submissions in electronic format are invited on:
–Ā national legislation, including anti-discrimination legislation;
–Ā best practices;
–Ā educational and preventative programmes implemented at national and regional levels;
–Ā academic studies and specialized documents; and
–Ā information on national remedies.
