KOREA: 44 NGOs issue counter report on ESCR

korea.jpgPlease find attached two statements from Korean NGOs: (1) An oral statement delivered on 27 November, during the pre-sessional working group of the Committee on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights; (2) A summary of Korean NGO's counter report abstract that was submitted to the Committee.

FORUM-ASIA's member in South Korea Peoples Solidarity for Participatory Democracy (PSPD) and Lawyers for a Democratic Society (Minbyun) went to Geneva to deliver the statement as representatives, but it was written in agreement with 44 NGOs in Korea.
