FORUM-ASIA is looking to hire a PME Programme Officer to be based in Bangkok, Thailand for its Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) Programme. The ideal candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Development Studies, Public Administration and/or other related social science field; minimum 5 years work experience in a national, regional and/or international NGO in professional capacity, on project/programme monitoring, evaluation and development; technical knowledge and experience in Results Based Management (RBM), Results Frameworks Logical Framework, Theory of Change, Risk Assessments and Power Analysis; advanced understanding of developing MS Excel, MS Access and/or web based project and programme databases; fluency in both written and spoken English would be an asset.
